Modality of Treatmen of Data

We inform you that the Data Control will be carried out in conformity with Italian legislation d.lgs. 196/2003.

Purpose—the data will be gathered and used exclusively to make it possible to contact the user who intends to obtain information from the Title Holder of this present site.

Modality—the gathered data are exclusively those given freely by the user himself, at the moment he decides to contact the Title Holder of the site by means of the present form.  The data will be treated by the webmaster upon receiving a mandate from the Title Holder of the site (Luigi Tiana).  In every case the data acquired will not be divulged to third parties.

Optionality—the provision of data is optional.  Nevertheless the lack of provision makes it impossible in fact  to be recontacted.

Title Holder—the Title Holder is Luigi Tiana.

Rights of the interested party – At any time the user has the right to request confirmation of the existence of the data, to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request the update, integration or correction . The user also has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law and, in any case, to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons.
